PRE GARA ENDURANCE is a product for athletes formulated to optimize endurance. Contains complex carbohydrates and electrolytes useful for maintaining endurance performance during prolonged physical exercise. Pre Gara Endurance provides long chain maltodextrins, glucogenic amino acids and branched chain amino acids, capable of being metabolized at different times.
The presence of vitamins (B2, B5, B6, C and Folate) helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, while the electrolytes present (Ca, Mg, K) contribute to normal muscle function. Vitamins (B1, B2, B6, C, Biotin) allow a physiological energy metabolism and Vit. B6 supports normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
Vitamin C, at the proposed dosage, contributes to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exertion and protects cells from oxidative stress.The product does not contain gluten (GLUTEN FREE) is therefore also suitable for celiac subjects or with gluten intolerance.
It is recommended to use the product before training or competition
Use 1 sachet in about 200ml of water for medium duration activities, 2 sachets (in about 400ml of water) in case of intense and prolonged physical effort.
To optimize the assimilation of the product, when the external temperature is particularly high, it is useful to drink about 200cc of water about 10-15 minutes before the start of the performance.
